Our landing craft design allows for easy loading and unloading directly from docks or beaches using a wide front ramp. With a payload capacity of up to 3000 lbs and space for passengers, we can transport both people and gear in a single trip. From building materials and tools to oversized or awkward loads, we’re equipped to handle a wide range of transport needs.

Operating out of the Bamfield Mercantile and Marine, we regularly support transfers to and from the east side boat launch, government dock, and connections with the larger passenger and cargo vessel, Frances Barkley. With local knowledge and dependable scheduling, Barkley Sounder offers a practical, professional solution for moving what you need—where you need it.
